The Diversity Lottery Program was conducted under the terms of section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and makes available up to 55,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States.
Results for the 2025 lottery can be checked from May 4, 2024, until September 30, 2025. Winners must complete the process within the fiscal year 2025, which runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. After this period, eligibility to apply for the visa expires.
DV-2025 Entrants have until September 30, 2025 to check the status of their entry through this website. The DV-2025 registration period was from October 4, 2023, until November 7, 2023. Special notice for DV-2026 entrants: please confirm your selection results in Entrant Status Check.
